A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
:ADMINISTRATIVE 'FA'CT FINDING INVESTIGATION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City currently uses various firms to conduct administrative fact
finding investigations on an as-needed basis; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to contract with a group of competitive and qualified
firms to conduct such investigations when necessary; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to maintain a competitive bidding process through
the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for such services. '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD DOES HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood approves and
authorizes the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for administrative fact finding
services.
