AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS
FOR VENDING MACHINES
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is interested in soliciting bid proposals for vending
machines at various municipal facilities and buildings; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
ofCaI1~ret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for
receipt of bids based upon the same for vending machines at various
municipal facilities and buildings.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department and the Borough Attorney.
