REGARDING CLINTON THIES LAND DIVISION
Whereas, Clinton H. Thies has made applic<7.:tion to divide property into 2
parcels as shown on the attached survey; and
WHEREAS the parcel easterly of Willow Drive is being purchased by Charles
and Cynthia Ray on a Contract for Deed; and
WHEREAS a portion of said parcel under the Contract for Deed, described as
the "East Five Acres" thereof, is to be conveyed in full, creating the
"residue Parcel", or described on the attached description; and
WHEREAS the "East Five Acres" does not front on a public road as required
by the City Zoning Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Medina that the
"East Five Acres" be granted a variance from the requirement of frontage on
a public road subject to the following conditions:
1. The "driveway easement" as shown on the attached survey be
maintainedas a private access.
2. The "East Five Acres" and the "Residue Parcel" be combined
into one parcel at such time as fee title to the Residue
Parcel is acquired.
