REGARDING TEASE OF PUBLIC EQUIPMENT
As the Hamel Volunteer Fire Department may not contract
directly with Hennepin County for the lease of Public
Safety Equipment.
Now be it resolved that the City of Medina does hereby
enter into an agreement with Hennepin County on their
behalf and upon their payment of a balance due of $ 425.00.
Passed by the Council of the City of Medina this
day of September, 1976.
