regarding debt payment accounts
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Medina, City Council, hereby certifies to the
Auditor of Hennepin County that the City's debt repayment accounts contain
sufficient funds to repay all bonds and interest due and payable in 1977 and
subsequent years through 1987, and consequently the Medina City Council
directs the County Auditor NOT to levy general taxes for repayment of any
bonds except the State Road Loan.and City Hall Obligation Bonds.
