Minutes of the February meeting were approved on a notion by Huisman seconded by Claassen. Carried. Hollis Ryken met with the Council to discuss the proposed 1971 Curb and. Gutter Program. A motion was made by Eckhoff and seconded by Claassen instructing Hollis Ryken to contact and direct the bonding attorney and the town attorney to prepare a Resolution of Necessity for the Proposed 1971 Curb and Gutter program for tiie Town of 1,,,'ellsburg. Carried. Claassen made a motion, seconded by Hippen, to allow the following bills for payment: Aeilt Terfehn, net salary W'364 - 54 Herman DeVries, net salary 364-54 Henry J. Carried. The Official Street Finance Report prepared by the town clerk was approved on a motion by Eckhoff, seconded by Hippen. Carried. On a motion by Hippen, seconded by Claassen, the town clerk was authorized to affix his signature to the Consent Order of the Iowa 11ater Pollution Control Commission and forward same to the Commission. Carried. The meeting stood adjourned on a motion by Hippen, seconded by Huisman. Carried. Mayor Clerk
