BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Medina authorizes
posting, by residents, of the following described areas, for
prohibition of leg hold traps as included in Medina Ordinance
No. 164:
That area surrounded by Hennepin Co. Rd. No. 24 on the
North, Hunter Drive on the East, Tamarack Dr, on the West and
the Southerly boundary of Medina on the South.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Medina
designates the Chief of Police to supervise posting of signs
as regards type of sign and proper spacing.
