RESOLUTION NO. 04 -4284
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY CANCELING THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL
AND COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETINGS
OF AUGUST 17, 2004
WHEREAS, it is expected two members of the City Council may not be able to attend the
regular meeting of the City Council scheduled for August 17, 2004; and,
WHEREAS, the City Manager has informed the City Council that there currently are no
items requiring the City Council's immediate attention on August 17, 2004; and,
WHEREAS, there is ample precedent by prior City Councils to cancel a regular meeting
should the City Council determine a meeting is not necessary or expedient.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council and Community Redevelopment Agency meetings of
August 17, 2004 are hereby canceled; and,
SECTION 2. The City Manager /City Treasurer is hereby authorized to release warrants
as if the City Council meeting of August 17, 2004 were held as scheduled.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 3rd day of August, 2004.

I, City Clerk of the City of Temple City, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution,
Resolution No. 04 -4284, was duly passed, approved and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of August, 2004 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmember- Capra, Wong, Arrighi, Zovak
NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember - Vizcarra
ABSTAIN: Councilmember -None
