CITY OF MEDINA /
RESOLUTION NO. 7 -�
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, the City of Medina has by Resolution provided for the sale
of Lots 1 and 2, Block 7, Independence Beach, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
to William A. Fenholt; and
WHEREAS, the said William A. Fenholt accepts all of the conditions
of the sale of said land as set forth by the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina to authorize and direct its Mayor and its Clerk to execute
the Contract of Sale of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute a Quit Claim Deed to convey the said property
to William A. Fenholt.
