Town Board Briefing
April 19, 2017
I’m pleased to invite you to attend a Retirement Reception for Nat Havens between
5:00pm and 6:30pm in advance of the meeting. Nat has served as Fraser’s Finance
Manager since 1999 and has contributed so much to both the organization and the
community.
In your packet are briefings and materials for the agenda items. Please note that we will
be shipping the Audit to you separately, they are working diligently to complete the
documents for presentation. At that time, they will also be posted to our website.
Also, please note that changes to Ordinance 441 per discussion at the prior meeting are
noted in RED. While completing these revisions, we also noted some other minor
changes that we are recommending, these are also included in RED.
