Board: Mayor Philip Vandernail; Mayor Pro-Tem Eileen Waldow; Trustees; Katie
Soles, Parnell Quinn and Herb Meyring
Staff: Town Manager Jeff Durbin; Public Works Director Allen Nordin and Police
Chief Glen Trainor

Mayor Vandernail called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
1. Workshop:
Town Board of Trustees 2017 Retreat Goals

3. Approval of Agenda:
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Meyring seconded the motion to approve the
Agenda. Motion carried: 5 -0.
4. Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes – March 29, 2017
b) Ordinance No. 441 Backflow Cross-connection Control Program
The TB moved Ordinance No. 441 off of the consent agenda to the discussion.
c) Resolution 2017-04-01 Grand Fishing License
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Quinn seconded the motion to approve the consent
agenda. Motion carried: 5-0.
5. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding
a) The Crooked Creek Enhancement Grant
This item will be moved to the next TBM agenda for discussion.
b) Resolution 2017-04-02 Asset Management Program
Page 2 of 2
Trustee Waldow moved, and Trustee Quinn seconded the motion to approve
Resolution 2017-04-02 Asset Management Program. Motion carried: 5-0
c) Property Maintenance Regulations
The Town Board discussed the property maintenance regulations.
d) Animal Control Regulations
The Town Board discussed the animal control regulations.
e) Ordinance No. 441 Backflow Cross-connection Control Program
The TB made some changes to Ordinance 441 and will put this on the agenda for the
next meeting.

a) Amendments to Fraser Zoning Code
8. Adjourn:
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Quinn seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion
carried: 5-0. Meeting adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
