RESOLUTION NO. 20-94
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO, RELATING TO
ADMINISTRATION, DESIGNATING THE ELECTED AND APPOINTED CITY OFFICIALS AUTHORIZED
TO SIGN CHECKS AND OTHER CASH DISBURSEMENTS OF CITY FUNDS.
WHEREAS:
The City of McCall maintains several accounts with the McCall Office of West One Bank, Idaho, for the
purpose of safeguarding and investing City funds.
Section 50-1018,Idaho Code, specifies that claims be paid by warrant signed'by the Mayor and the City
Clerk or by check signed by the Mayor and the City Treasurer.
The City of McCall uses a check payment system.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of McCall,Idaho as follows:..
Section 1: That all checks and other orders to disburse City funds shall bear two signatures, the first of
which shall be one of the elected officials whose names and signatures appear in section 2 below. The second
signature shall be one of the appointed officials whose names and signatures appear in section 3 below.
Section 2: The first signature shall be the first elected official whose signature appears below and the
absence of the first official, the second official whose signature appears below, and in the absence of the first two,
the third official shall sign and so forth in the Oiler indicated below:
