A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, INITIATING THE FORMATION
OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 6; DESCRIBING THE IMPROVEMENTS TO
BE CONSTRUCTED, THE PROPOSED BOUNDARIES, AND THE PROPERTY TO BE
ASSESSED, IN THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND PROVIDING FOR
OTHER RELATED MATTERS
WHEREAS, the City of McCall, Valley County, Idaho (the
"City") , is a municipal corporation organized and operating under.'`'
the laws of the State of Idaho and is authorized to create local
improvement districts for public improvements pursuant to Title 50,
Chapter 17, Idaho Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council (the "Council") of the City has
determined to initiate the formation of a local improvement
district for the purposes described hereinbelow.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF McCALL, IDAHO, as follows :
Section 1: Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-1706, the
formation of a local improvement district, to be known and
designated as City of McCall Local Improvement District No. 6
("L. I .D. No. 6") is hereby initiated.
Section 2 : The proposed improvements to be constructed within
L. I .D. No. 6 consist generally of the paving of approximately 4, 070
lined feet of streets within the Jasper Subdivision to the City of
McCall, including grading, base, gravel, pavement, adjustment of
sewer manholes and water valves to grade, and installation of water;. •
and sewer connection stubs, together with related improvements and
costs of engineering, legal services, publication, interest on
borrowed funds during construction, bond issuance costs and
reserves, and other related expenses (the "Improvements") .
Section 3 : A general description of the boundaries of L. I .D.
No. .6 and of the properties proposed to be assessed for the cost of
the Improvements is annexed hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this
reference incorporated herein.
Section 4 : The assessable portion of the costs and expenses
of the Improvements shall be assessed against the tracts, lots, and
lands benefited by the Improvements according to combination of the
front-foot and square-foot methods of assessment, as provided by
Section 50-1707, Idaho Code.

Section 5 : This resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage and approval .
