Meeting Minutes
August 2, 2018 12:00 PM
American Legion Hall, 216 E. Park St., McCall, ID 83638
Members Present: Charles Jones,Mike Weiss,Mark Thorien
Staff: Jay Scherer,Airport Manager
Other: Kevin Bissell,Judd DeBoer
Mike Weiss called the meeting to order at 12:00 PM.
Public Comment: Judd DeBoer asked for the date of the Through the Fence meeting and some
additional information to include number of names on the hangar waiting list,parallel taxiway
design criteria,and number of hangars in the proposed triangle project.
Approval of Minutes from July 5,2018: The July 5 meeting minutes were presented for review
and approval. Mark Thorien moved to accept the minutes, Charles Jones seconded the motion.
The minutes were unanimously approved.
Code Revision: Airport Zone: Mr Scherer will coordinate a meeting with Michelle Groenevelt
tentatively scheduled for August 10t from 1-3.
East Ramp Construction: Kevin Bissell provided an update on the construction progress.
Contractor is ahead of schedule and meeting all requirements.
Triangle Hangars: Mr. Scherer was authorized by City Council to send a letter to the hangar
waitlist. The respondents will be brought to the AAC for recommendation on lease offers
Three Month Calendar Review: The three month calendar was reviewed.
Motion to adjourn was made by Mark Thorien and seconded by Charles Jones. The Committee
adjourned at 12:32 PM
