HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 05-94 Establishing Planning & Zoning Fees RESOLUTION NO. 5-94 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR PLANNING AND ZONING MATTERS. WHEREAS Ordinance 615 provides that the following matters be addressed by Resolution of the Council, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of McCall that: Section 1. The following fees are set for the following planning and zoning applications and matters. Fees (or first hearing fees) are payable with the application; second hearing fees are payable prior to the noticing of the second hearing; and fees related to "action"or "report"are payable prior to the taking of such action or release of such report: Conditional Use: --First hearing: $125 -- Second hearing: 125 Plan of Survey: -- creating lots: 50 -- eliminating lots: 10 Planned Unit Development: --Planned Community: --First hearing: 200 -- Council action: 200 plus 10 per residential unit,plus 20 per 1,500 square feet of non-residential building space, sought to be permitted. --PUD: --First hearing: 250 -- Council action: 250 plus 20 per residential unit,retail unit, office unit, or other non-residential unit. --Planned Development: --First hearing: 250 -- Council action: 250 Amendment to any Planned Unit Development --Administrative action: 200 -- Commission action: 200 -- Council action: same fee as new application Subdivision Plat: ordinary subdivision condominium --preliminary: 200 $600 -- final: 600 plus $20 per lot 400 plus $20 per unit Variance --First hearing: 300 -- Second hearing: 600 Zoning Map Amendment --First hearing: 200 -- Second hearing: 200 Error in Mailing List or other Error in Application necessitating renotice of any of the above: 200 Planning Report 50 Parking Space Fee MCC 3-10-060: 3,500 each space omitted Resolution 5-94 respecting Planning&Zoning Fees page 1 of 2 Section 2. If the Zoning Administrator determines at any time during the course of the proceedings, in his or her discretion, that the application needs to be reviewed by licensed engineers or other professional experts, the consulting fees of such engineers or experts shall be charged to the applicant in addition to the fees set out above, and must be paid prior to final action by Council. Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon publication of the summary of Ordinance 615. No applications shall be accepted in the meantime.
