Antoinette,
In response to the email from Susan Stone and other emails, I thought 1 would express an interest in serving on the
Economic Development Advisory Committee.
I'm not sure if you have a specific letter of interest form. If you have a specific form can you please send it to me or a
link if it is online. In summary, I have owned a place and lived in Fraser for appx 10 years. That is the same length of
time that we have owned Bear Dance Spas a local Hot Tub Sales and Service enterprise which I preside as the
president. Prior to that time I obtained degrees in Finance, MBA, spent 20 years in large and small companies, in
finance, accounting, H/R, strategy, consulting and operational roles.

Antoinette,
That is fine if you want to use what you already have.
However, the one question that you asked on your last note, that i don't believe answered is: why have an
interest? My answer to that question is that I believe the entrepreneur is a vital part of our economy and the economic
wellbeing of our community. As such, they need to be represented and included in the initiative. Too often it feels like
the focus is on the large business, and less consideration is given to the smaller entrepreneurial organizations.

Persons Interested in Economic Development Advisory Committee,
Thank you for your interest in the EDAC. We will presenting all applicants to the Fraser Town Board of Trustees. Please
submit a letter of interest, if you have not yet. Please tell us about yourself and why you would like to serve on the
committee. We also need to verify that you are qualified to serve on the committee. Each member must meet one of the
following criteria: bona fide residents of the Town, or own property within the Town, have at least 10% ownership interest
in a business that owns property within the Town, or hold a management position with a business located in Fraser. If you
