RESOLUTION NO. 1-94
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, VALLEY COUNTY,
IDAHO RELATING TO ADMINISTRATION, DESIGNATING THE
ELECTED AND APPOINTED CITY OFFICERS AUTHORIZED TO
SIGN CHECKS AND OTHER CASH DISBURSEMENTS OF CITY ,
FUNDS .
WHEREAS:
The City of McCall maintains several accounts with the
McCall Office of West One Bank, Idaho, for the purpose of
safeguarding and investing City funds .
Section 50-1018 Idaho Code specifies that claims be paid by
warrant signed by the Mayor and the City Clerk or by check signed
by the Mayor and the City Treasurer.
The City of McCall uses a check payment system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of
McCall, Idaho as follows :
Section 1 : That all checks and other orders to disburse City
funds shall bear two signatures, the first of which shall be one
the of elected officials designated in section 2 below and the
second of which shall be one of the appointed officials in
section 3 below.
Section 2 : The first signature shall be the first official
whose signature appears below and in his absence the second and
in the absence of both the first and the second official, the
third and so forth.

Section 3 : The second signature shad be the first appointed
official whose signature appears below and his absence, the

Section 4 : That the above signors shall also affix their
signatures to the bank authorizations which are annexed and made
a part of this resolution and that the City Clerk shall execute
the "Business Entity Authorization" contained thereon cause the
original bank authorizations to be delivered to the McCall Office
of West One Bank, Idaho.
