RESOLUTION NO. 04-4288
A RESOLUTION -OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 61386 AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 04 -1579 A REQUEST
BY JEFFEREY AND JOAN WEBER AND EGL ASSOCIATES, INC. TO SUBDIVIDE AN
18,511 SQUARE FOOT PARCEL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIX (6) DETACHED
CONDOMINIUM DWELLING UNITS TO BE SERVED BY A SINGLE DRIVEWAY OFF OF
TEMPLE CITY BOULEVARD. THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN THE HIGH
DENSITY (R -3) RESIDENTIAL ZONE. (WEBER/EGL ASSOCIATES, INC.)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon information contained in the staff reports to the Planning Commission
dated August 10, 2004 and August 24, 2004 and based upon information contained in the Staff Report to the
City Council dated September 7, 2004 and based upon minutes from the Planning Commission of August 10,
2004 and August 24, 2004 and based upon testimony received at a noticed public hearing before the City
Council on September 7, 2004, the City Council of the City of Temple City approves the requested Tentative
Tract Map and Conditional Use Permit, based upon the findings and subject to the conditions contained in
Planning Commission Resolution No. 04- 2095PC.
SECTION 2. This project should not result in significant effects upon the environment and a
Negative Declaration has been prepared in accordance with the State CEQA Guidelines. The initial
statement as prepared indicates there is no potential for adverse impact to the environment generally and
specifically as it relates to all wild animals, birds, plants, fish, amphibians, and related ecological
communities, including the habitat upon which the wildlife depends for its continued viability.
SECTION 3. Accordingly, Tentative Tract No. 61386 and Conditional Use Permit 04 -1579 are
hereby approved.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to passage and adoption of this resolution and enter it into
the book of original resolutions.
