AUTHORIZING THE SOLICITATION OF REQUESTS
FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR MUNICIPAL BOND COUNSEL
FOR THE 2007 CALENDAR YEAR
WHEREAS, the Borough ofCarteret is in need of additional professional bond counsel
services for the 2007 Calendar Year; and
WHEREAS, the Borough's follows the Fair and Open Process as established by law for
the procurement of professional services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough \
ofCarteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. That the Borough is hereby authorized and directed to solicit
Requests for Qualifications for additional municipal bond counsel
services for the 2007 Calendar Year in accordance with the Fair
and Open Process established by law and as implemented by the
Borough.
Adopted this 25th day of January, 2007
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 26, 2007.
