HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 36-93 Civil penalties for infractions under the city code RESOLUTION NO.26-93 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, SETTING CIVIL PENALTIES FOR INFRACTIONS UNDER THE CITY CODE. WHEREAS 1. The McCall City Code provides that infraction penalties will be set by resolution; and 2. Resolution 34-92 set such penalties with a statement of and including Court costs, which Court costs have since been revised by the State so as to make Resolution 34-92 inaccurate; BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of McCall that: Section 1. Penalties for infractions under the McCall City Code shall be as set forth on Exhibit"A"to this Resolution. Section 2. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage with respect to infractions committed after this date. Passed and approved November 29, 1993. of 44 Laurence A. Those costs, and therefore the total, can and are permitted to change without notice and without amendment of the Council Resolution to which this table is an exhibit. ** "injury" refers to a resulting injury to another person or another person's property.
