A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL,IDAHO,
SETTING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE COUNCIL-MANAGER PLAN.
WHEREAS
1. The electors have chosen to adopt the Council-Manager Plan of government for
McCall; and
2. The Idaho Code provides that incumbent Council shall set the effective date of the
Plan;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of McCall that:
Section 1. Pursuant to Idaho Code 50-807, the Council designates January 13, 1994, as
the effective date of the council-manager plan approved by the voters at the
special election of August 31, 1993, such Plan to be effective upon the installation
on that date of Councilmembers elected November 2, 1993.
Passed and approved November 29, 1993.
