A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO RELATING TO
UTILITY SERVICES,APPROVING CERTIFICATES OF ENTITLEMENT TO WATER AND
SEWER CONNECTIONS.
WHEREAS:
The City of McCall(the"City")and Spring Mountain Ranch Limited Partnership("SMR")are parties
to,among other things,that certain agreement entitled the"Water Tank and Distribution System Agreement:
dated February 13, 1992, Section 4 of which reaffirms the City's agreement to furnish eighty(80)water and
eighty (80) sewer connections to SMR without charge.
The City and SMR have agreed to manage and control the provision of these water and sewer
connections through the issuance of Certificates of Entitlement to SMR.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL, as follows:
Section 1. That the form of the Certificate of Entitlement to Water Connection, a specimen of which
is attached as Annex A and made a part of this resolution, is hereby approved. Such certificate shall be
prepared in eighty (80) copies, each copy shall be signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk who
shall then cause the Official Seal of the City of McCall be affixed thereto. Each copy shall then be
numbered consecutively from W-93-1 through W-93-80 inclusive. Upon presentation of one of these
certificates,the City will provide a water connection in the same manner and subject to the same provisions
as are all water connections except that no connection fee shall be charged to the bearer.
Section 2. That theform of the Certificate of Entitlement to Sewer Connection, a specimen of which
is attached as Annex B and made a part of this resolution, is hereby approved. Such certificate shall be
prepared in eighty (80) copies, each copy shall be signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk who
shall cause the Official Seal of the City of McCall to be affixed thereto. Each copy shall then be numbered
consecutively from S-93-1 through S-93-80 inclusive. Upon presentation of one of these certificates, the
City will provide a sewer connection in the same manner and subject to the same provisions as are all
sewer connections except that no connection fee shall be charged to the bearer.

Annex A
City of McCall
Certificate of Entitlement
This certificate entitles the bearer to:
One Residential Water Connection
to the water system operated by the City of McCall. The Bearer
shall be entitled to a residential water connection without charge.
This certificate valid for water connection only. Not redeemable for
cash.
Redemption Instructions:
To redeem, present this certificate along with your building permit application. Subject
to the same requirements as a paid connection.

City of McCall
Certificate of Entitlement
This certificate entitles the bearer to:
One Residential Sewer Connection
to the sewer collection system operated by the City of McCall. The
Bearer shall be entitled to a residential sewer connection without
charge. This certificate valid for sewer connection only. Not
redeemable for cash.
Redemption Instructions:
To redeem, present this certificate along with your building permit application. Subject
to the same requirements as a paid connection.
