A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO,
DEDICATING CERTAIN LAND TO PARK AND RECREATION USE.
WHEREAS
1. The City has acquired certain real property expressly for park and recreation use;
and
2. The City has an obligation in connection with the Land and Water Conservation
Fund with respect to these lands;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of McCall that:
Section 1. The land described on Exhibit"A"to this Resolution is dedicated by the City
to park and recreation uses in perpetuity.
Section 2. This resolution shall be considered both offer and acceptance of dedication,
and be effective immediately upon its passage.

PURSUANT TO the provisions of Sections 67-2322, et seq,
Idaho Code, the MCCALL-DONNELLY JOINT SCHOOL DISTRICT #421,
does hereby convey, release, remise and forever quitclaim
unto the CITY OF McCALL, P. O. Box 1065, McCall , Idaho
83638 , an easement for right-of-way and utility purposes
across the following described premises, to-wit:
A parcel of land located in the South 1/2 of the NW 1/4
of Section 15, T. 18 N. , R. 3 E. , B.M. , City of McCall,
Valley County, Idaho.
Commencing at the quarter corner common to Sections 15
and 16 of said T. 18 N. , R. 3 E. , B.M. and proceeding
N. 0025'18" a distance of 10.00 feet along the section
line to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing N.
0025'18" along said section line N. 0025'18" E.
980.00 feet to a point; thence S. 8947'01" E. 40.00
feet along a line parallel to and 990 . 0 feet northerly
of the southerly boundary of said SW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence
S. 0025'18" W. 980 . 0 feet to a point; thence N.
8947'01" W. 40 .00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
