Bunt presiding. Council members present: Ebert, Schmillen, Jenness, Enneking,
Frangione. Also present: Tim Holmes
Pledge of Allegiance
Three bids were received for the construction of the new clubhouse. Graves
Construction $1,699,063, Wiltgen Construction $1,627,900, and Ten Corp Inc.
$1,590,050 with lowest bidder to be awarded the contract.
Discussion was held regarding the construction contract and timeline of project. Motion
by Frangione, seconded by Jenness to approve Contract between City of Marcus and
Ten Corp, Inc for the construction of the clubhouse. Ayes: Jenness, Enneking,
Frangione. Nayes: none. Abstain: Ebert& Schmillen. Motion carried.
Motion by Ebert, seconded by Schmillen to adjourn 7:39 am. Ayes: All Nayes: none.
Motion carried.
