Chairperson called the meeting to order at 6:31p.m.

2. Approval of Minutes:
Commissioner Sumrall moved, and Mayor Vanernail seconded the motion to approve
the Minutes. Motion carried: 6 -0.
3. Open Forum:
a. Business not on the agenda
4. Public Hearing/Regarding:
a) none
5. Discussion on amendments to Fraser Zoning Code
The PC discussed possible zoning changes. The changes discussed included changing
the minimum lot size to 2500 sf., 200 sf. minimum dwelling size, 5 feet setbacks and 20
feet lot frontage.
Tom Hawkinson, The Building Official for Fraser, Winter Park, and Granby discussed
some of the challenges of meeting these zoning changes as pertaining to building
codes, costs and challenges. Denise Soles, The Fire Marshal discussed some of the
challenges pertaining to water for fire extinguishing and required fire wall protection.

adjourn. Motion carried: 6 -0. Meeting adjourned at 8:44p.m.
