REGARDING DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE PERMIT FEE
Councilmember Nancy Laurent introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption.
WHEREAS Ordinance No. 165 requires a Driveway Permit Fee to be set by Resolution
NOW THEREN'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Medina to set the
Driveway Permit Fee at $12.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the costs of technical assistance attributable to
each permit be paid by the applicant in accordance with SS: 470 (b) of Ord-
inance No. 165.
Passed by the Council of the City of Medina this 4 day of January , 1977.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member William Reiser and uponvote being taken there, the following
voted in favor of:
Neddermeyer, Reiser, Laurent, Crosby, Theis
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and. adopted.
