MOTION 2024-016
I move to approve the proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment TLZNOA2023-0005
for the purpose of defining and creating use standards for “Congregate Housing
Facility” based on the findings that the amendment furthers objectives of the Town
Plan, and that the proposal would serve the public necessity, convenience, general
welfare, and good zoning practice.

Amending Leesburg Zoning Ordinance Articles 6, 7, 9, 11, and 18 for the Purpose of
Defining and Creating Use Standards for “Congregate Housing Facility”
