REGARDING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF POLICE PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS Medina is a duly incorporated municipality in Hennepin County, and
WHEREAS Medina has an organized police department, and
WHEREAS THERE EXISTS A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT for use of police personnel
and equipment
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Medina resolves
to become a part of this joint cooperative agreement.
