RESOLUTION 77-6
Motion by Nancy Laurent to approve the Midland Nursery site plan, revised
February 15, 1977, contingent upon the applicant:
1. Signing the Development contract and Performance Bond
2. Obtaining Highway entrance permit to Trunk Highway # 55
3. Securing permission from Soo Line for Rail Road crossing
4. Approval of the Elm Creek Watershed District and City Engineer
for surface drainage and septic system
Removal of stumps, felled trees and slash from the site
5.
6. No building permit to he issued until all conditions are
complied with
7. Obtain variance, if required, for drainage system.
Motion seconded by Thomas Crosby
Voting in favor of the motion: Crosby, Laurent, Theis, Neddermeyer, Reiser
Voting against : None
whereupon resolution was decalred duly passed and adopted.
Adopted this 15th day of February, 1977.
