AUTHORIZING BIDS-SCAVENGER SERVICES
WHEREAS, there is a need for Scavenger Services in the Borough of Carteret;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to accept bids for said Scavenger
Services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for said
Scavenger Services.
Adopted this 15t day of February, 2007
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 2,2007.
