A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS
DESIGNEE TO MAKE THE NECESSARY APPROPRIATIONS AND
FUND TRANSFERS.FOR THE SKATE PARK PROJECT, PROJECT
NO.5-5207
' WHEREAS; Skate Park Project is listed in fhe Capital Improvement Project
Schedule for FY 1999-2000; and '
WHEREAS; the Skate Park Project, Project No. 05-5207 is scheduled for
completion FY 1999-2000 and is funded by General Fund; and
WHEREAS; an additional $38,500.00 in funding is necessary in order to
complete the Skate Park Project per plans and specs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lynwood as
follows:
Section 1: That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to make the
following fund transfers and appropriations:
From
Unappropriated General Fund
$30,000.00
To
Skate Park Project, Project No. 05-5207
$30,000.00
Unappropriated Water Fund
$8,500.00
Skate Park Project, Project No. 05=5207
$8,500.00
Section 2: This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
