A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT, VARIOUS LOCATIONS, PROJECT NO. 5-5199, AS
BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract of $379,140.00 to B-1 Enterprise
for the Sidewalk Improvement Project, Various Locations; and
WHEREAS, the project started on March 9, 1999, and was completed on August
11, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost is $480,547.56; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Sidewalk Improvement Project,
Various Locations, Project No. 5-5199, as being complete in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption. .
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of
October , 1999.
