A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE WHEELCHAIR RAMP INSTALLATION PROJECT, PROJECT
NO. 5-5199, AS BEING COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, On March 16, 1999, the City Council awarded a contract of
$76,801.00 to Cross Roads construction for the Wheelchair Ramp Installation .
Project; and
WHEREAS, the project started on May 3, 1999, and .was completed on
September 30, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the total~proj,ect construction cost is $93,15.7.63; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Wheelchair Ramp Installation
Project, ,Project No. 5-5199, as being complete in accordance with contract
documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of October 1999.
