RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the City of Medina wishes to insure equipment already
procured listed as:
72 Ford Tandem:
Box 1800
Snow Plow 6300
75 Ford Dump
Dump Box with Hoist 3500
Snow Plow 8000
On Auto Schedule Total $19, 600
Wausau 500 H. D. Wing $1525. included above
Wausau Wing - T WSTI RH II $493-5 included above
Hydraulic System (Part of YK $1990, included above
10 yard Dump Box with Hoist $3500, included above
1 Ton Black Top Roller $500.
Rosco Mfg. - Self Propelled
The cost for the $19, 600 on the Auto Schedule will be $108. 00. The
cost for the roller will be $5.00; and
WHEREAS, the City of Medina is presently insured through the Wayzata
Insurance Agency as agents for the Aetna Insurance Company,
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF MEDINA, Hamel, Minn. ,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to make the above mentioned purchase
on behalf of the City from the Aetna Insurance Company for an additional
price of $85.00 per annum.
