Home My Public Portal About2004-02- ACCEPTING CERTAIN STREETS INTO THE GC STREET SYSTEMORDINANCE NO 2004- r d-- AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING CERTAIN STREETS INTO THE CTTY OF GREENCASTLE STREET SYSTEM WHEREAS, that have been certain streets which have been constructed within the corporate limits of the City of Greencastle which have notbeen a=ptedby the City of Greencastle, and WHEREAS, the streets listed in Attachment A, which is incorporated herein and made a part hereof, meet the standards and specifications requited by the City of Greencastle. NOW THEREFOREBE IT ORDAINED THATTHECITY OFGREENCASTLE throughits Common Council hereby accepts the streets listed in Attachment A, to be owned and maintained hereafter by the City of Greencastle.
