RESOLUTION 77- /3
REGARDING LEASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY EQUIPMENT
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Medina does hereby enter into
an agreement with the County of Hennepin for the lease of
Public Safety Equipment, and
DOES HEREBY AUTHORIZE the payment of a11,454.00 for the term
of one year beginning January 1, 1977.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this agreement provides for
automatic annual renewal and modificr,tion of charges unless
either party gives written notice of termination 30 days
prior to January 1st.
