CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 77_114
PERMIT/RESOLUTION FOR PUBLIC UTILITY INSTALLATION
IN CITY RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS Northern States Power Co. , a public
utility licensed to do business in the City of Medina, has made application
to the City for the installation of buried cable
located at under Hamel Rd. iibfii9fto service Medicine Lake
within the City of Medina; B us Co.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said application be granted
in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Street and Right of Way shall be restored to their
original condition upon completition of Installation
and Applicant shall be liable for settlement or other
damage caused by said installation for a period of
one year following completion.
2. Completion Date:
60 days from this date
3. Performance Bond in the Amount of:
4. Depth of Conduit:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution is duly
seconded by Member Arthur Theis and upon vote being taken
thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Laurent, Theis, Reiser
Crosby, Neddermeyer
and the following voted against
None
whereupon said Resolution was declared passed and adopted.
