RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF A TRAILER PARK
LICENSE FOR THE 2006-2007 TERlVI TO CARTERET
MOBILE PARK
WHEREAS, the owners of Carteret Mobile Park have made application to
renew their Trailer Park License for the 2006-2007 License Term and have paid
the proper fees therefore; and
WHEREAS, the applicants have agreed to comply with all prOVISIOns and
regulations now or hereafter promulgated; and
WHEREAS, Carteret Mobile Park, located at 1501 Roosevelt Avenue has been
inspected and approved for renewal by the duly authorized representatives of the
Mayor and ICouncil of the Borough of Carteret.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that a Trailer Park License Renewal for the
2006-2007 License Term to Carteret Mobile Park, effective June 1,2006 and to
expire June 30, 2007.
Adopted this 15th day of Febmary, 2007
and certified as a tnIe copy of the
