RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
AMUSEMENT GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE
FOR YEAR 2007
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret for an AMUSEMENT GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE for the Year
2007 by the following:
C.I.C. Corporation
1011 Rt. 22 East
Mountainside, NJ 07092
WHEREAS, said application has been investigated by the Carteret Police Department, in
compliance with the Borough Ordinance Regulating and Licensing Amusement Games
and said Department recommends that a License for the current year be issued to the
applicant listed above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOL YED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized
and directed to issue a AMUSEMENT GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE for the
YEAR 2007 to the applicant hereby approved.
Adopted this 15th day of Febmary, 2007
and certified as a true copy of the
original on Febmary 16th, 2007.
