RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
AMUSEMENT DEVICE LICENSE (8) YEAR 2007
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret for AlVIUSEMENT DEVICE LlCENSE(S) for the YEAR 2007 by the
following:
I. Brother's Bistro 4. Kelly's Pub
4 Cooke A venue 241 Washington Ave.
2. Chateau Madrid Bar & Rest. 5. Such's Bar & Grill
8 Holly Street 1365 Roosevelt Ave.
3. Dixie's Tavern 6. TJ'S Glass Bar
558 Roosevelt Ave. 51 Wheeler Avenue
"VHEREAS, said applicants have been investigated by the Carteret Police Department,
in compliance with the Borough Ordinance Regulating and Licensing Amusement
Devices and said Police Department recommends that a License for the current Year be
issued to the applicants listed above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that the Municipal Clerk be is hereby authorized and
directed to issue an AlVlUSElYIENT DEVICE LICENSE for the YEAR 2007 to the
applicants hereby approved.
Adopted this 15th day of February, 2007
and certified as a tfile copy of the
original on February 16th, 2007.
