RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF
Donald Gaspar
WHEREAS, The City of Medina has adopted subdivision regulations
for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, -Dona. id 6a 'Oar has requested approval
of the final plat of Gasp r's Addition
and the same has been approved by the
Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina that the plat of Donald W. Gaspar
is approved subject
to the following conditions:
Installation of a shallow trench system acceptable to city engineer
20 ft. wide drainage easement to be shown on the western lot

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Arthur Theis , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Crosby, Theis, Neddermeyer, Laurent, Reiser
and the following voted against the same; None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
