If Ordinnce No. 17 being and Or-
dinance providing for the compensa-
tion of Town Officers and Council-
men and enacting a substitute there-
for.

oP the Town of Wellsburg, Iowa;
Section 1,
That Section 3 of Ordinance No.
17 of the Town of Wellsburg, Iowa,
be, and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2.
That the Treasurer of said Town
shall receive as., full compensation
for all services rendeded by him as
j such officer the sum of Sixty
f' ($60.00) a year payable annually.
