RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF HUNTER
FARMS ADDITION
WHEREAS, The City of Medina has adopted subdivision regulations for the
orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Real Estate Group, Inc. , has requested approval of the final
plat of Hunter Farms Addition and the same has been approved by the Planning Com-
mission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Medina that the plat of Hunter Farms Addition is approved subject to the following con-
ditions:
1. The applicant shall enter into the Development Contract which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
2. Delivery of a deed to the lands being dedicated to the City for park land.
3. Delivery to the City Attorney of an easement for roadway and utility purposes
in the East 343. 00 feet of the North 20. 00 feet of the South 1 /2 of the North-
west 1/4 of Section 13, Township 118, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
�. A variance is granted to permit a cul-de-sac street (carriage drive) to a
lenght of 1500 feet.
5. Building permits on the following lots will be issued only after compliance with
the Resolution Approving Sewage Disposal Systems for Hunter Farms Addition,
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference; Lots 7 and 10,
Block 2; Lots 1 through 9, inclusive, Block 3; Lots 2 through 12, inclusive, Black 4.
