WHEREAS the City of Medina adopted Resolution 74-16 on August 6, 1974 regarding
pro -rating of sewer bills for residential customers during the summer months, and
WHEREAS the quarterly billings for residential customers has been consistant, now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the rates for sewer shall be as follows:
Jan. - Mar. based on actual water consumption during that period
and rates then in effect
Apr. - June same as Jan. - Mar. Quarter
July - Sept.
Oct. - Dec.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE FOLLOWING WILL TAKE EPYECT AS OF THIS DATE.
