BOROUGH OF CARTERET

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AS
FOLLOWS:
