HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 05-96 Establishing Fees for Planning and Zoning MattersRESOLUTION NO.5-96 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR PLANNING AND ZONING MATTERS. WHEREAS MCC 3-32-020 (F) provides that the following matters be addressed by Resolution of the Council, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of McCall that: Section 1. The following fees are set for the following planning and zoning applications and matters. If the Zoning Administrator determines at any time during the course of the proceedings, in his or her discretion, that the application needs to be reviewed by licensed engineers or other professional experts, the consulting fees of such engineers or experts shall be charged to the applicant in addition to the fees set out above, and must be paid prior to final action by Council. Section 3. Costs of publication and mailing fees shall be paid in addition, at the rate charged the City by its official newspaper, and at the rate of $1.00 per addressee plus applicable postage for mailing. Other charges may be made applicable by other resolution or ordinance and shall be paid in accord therewith. Section 4. This resolution shall be effective immediately.
