RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET NEW JERSEY
APPROVING THE 2007-2008 CDBG PROGRAM
WHEREA~, the Borough of Carteret has been allocated $103,000.00 fi-om the Middlesex County Housing a
Development Program for the 2007-2008 CDBG year; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on Friday, Febmary 16, 2007 to solicit comments and recommendatio s
from the residents of the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Board has had the opportunity to discuss the proposals with the May r
and Council and representatives to the Middlesex County Housing Community Development Program; and
WHEREAS, it is the consensus of the Community Development Board that the following programs meet tl
guidelines of the Citizen's Participation List of Eligible Activities:

WHEREAS, the above programs were unanimously approved by the Community Development Board at the Publi
Hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret hereby consen
to the submission of the above named proposals.
Adopted this 1st day of March,
2007 and certified as a true
copy of the original on March
2nd, 2007.
