CERTIFYING DENNIS MCFADDEN POLICE CAPTAIN
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel called for an examination
for the position of Police Captain in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has served a Certification
of Eligibles for Appointment, dated 2/26/07 for said position; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department ofPersollilel has certified that Dennis
McFadden is eligible for said position;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that
Dennis McFadden
be and is hereby appointed to the position of
Police Captain
in the Borough of Carteret, as provided by law, effective
March I, 2007
BE IT FURTHER RESOL VED that a copy of this Resolution be sent forthwith
to NJ Department of Personnel, CAMPS Form, P.O. BOX 354 Trenton, N.J.
08625-0354.
Adopted this 1st day of March, 2007 and
certified as a true copy of the original
