A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO,
RELATING TO BUILDING DEPARTMENT FEES FOR MOBILE HOMES.
WHEREAS:
1. The State has directed that the City provide inspection services for the installation
of mobile and manufactured housing; and
2. The City has yet to set a building inspection fee for such services;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of McCall that:
Section 1. The building inspection fee for installation of mobile or manufactured housing
shall be $150.00.
Section 2. This fee shall not include, but is in addition to, any fees for the City for
inspection of concrete work and of preparation of the site for that work, and any
fees for the City or the State with regard to electrical or plumbing connections.
