AN RESOLUTION SETTING VEHICLE
MILEAGE ALLOWANCE
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the City of Moab finds
that the mileage allowance for vehicle use should be increased;
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Moab City Council that Section
17(c)(1)(c) of the Personal Policies and Procedures Manual is
amended to read as follows:
Personal cars may be used if adjudged economical
or advantageous to the city. When a personal car
is used for long trips, the city's reimbursement
for the use of the car, plus meals and lodging
required enroute, shall not exceed the cost of
tourist class air fare. Reimbursement for
personal car shall be at the rate of
-0,02NT y cents ( $ . 0 ) per mile.
